He is a graduate of the United States Army Intelligence School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Political Science from Southern Illinois University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University.

Mr. Greenberg served as the elected Naperville Township Clerk from 2014-2017, and he has held many volunteer positions, to name a few: Naperville Township Veterans & Seniors Assistance Team; Better Business Bureau of Greater Chicago and Northern Illinois Board of Directors; Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Past Board of Directors, Audit & Governance Committee, Past Chamber Ambassador of the Year; City of Naperville Past Historic Sites Commission; West Suburban Bar Association Past President and Board of Directors; Exchange Club of Naperville Co-Chair, Ribfest Allocations Committee; 360 Youth Services Past President and Board of Directors; Kidz Kabaret Past Board of Directors; and proud member of Rotary International as a Paul Harris Fellow. Currently, he is serving on the Board of Directors for the Naperville Exchange Club since being elected in 2017.

Mr. Greenberg resides in Naperville with his wife and three children.

Mary Fran Greenberg
Paralegal

Following her accreditation by the American Institute of Paralegal Studies as a Certified Litigation & Research Paralegal, Mary Fran spent 7 years gaining field experience at Mayer, Brown & Platt and McBride, Baker & Coles. Since 1992, with The Greenberg Law Firm, she has successfully assisted First Chair attorneys in Jury Trials as part of the Criminal Trial Defense Team, achieving Jury Verdicts of Not Guilty after every Trial.

Out of Court, Mary Fran has been of invaluable assistance to The Greenberg Law Firm, in large part based upon exercising her skills developed from her study in Psychology at DePaul University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Despite additions to her busy schedule as a mother, Mary Fran has found the time and heart not only to volunteer as a Mentor with the WINGS program at NCO Youth & Family Services but also to become a Co-Founder of Real Housewives of Naperville, a social media marketing support network and innovative fundraising group benefiting area not-for-profit agencies, including Operation Support Our Troops, Loaves & Fishes, Project Help, I Support Community and many others.

William Lohrman
Attorney at Law

After graduating from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Will went on to earn his law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, where he concentrated his studies in Business Law.

Will is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Illinois, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Will resides in Oswego with his wife and three children.

Mercedes Gustis
Paralegal

After graduating from San Jose State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice, Mercedes went on to earn her Paralegal accreditation by the American Bar Association from San Francisco State University in 2010. Mercedes has since provided Litigation Paralegal support in personal injury cases, as well as non-litigation support in divorce, estate planning, and real estate matters.

Russell Rasche
Attorney at Law

After graduating from the University of Miami, Russell went on to marketing research for one year at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and then earned his law degree at the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago Kent College of Law.

Russell focuses his practice on Residential, Commercial and Investment Real Estate Leases, Purchases and Sales, Business Plan Development, Structure, Formations, and Funding; Federal and State Regulatory Compliance; Negotiating and Drafting Complex Agreements; Forensic Legal Audits; and Investment Securities Review and Drafting, and Dispute Resolution. Russell is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Paralegal

As a recent graduate of the ABA approved Paralegal Studies Program at Lewis University, Courtney is excited to employ her skills and knowledge at the Greenberg Law Firm.
